At T.R. Vernal Paving the safety of our employees and others on our jobsites is our first priority. T.R. Vernal Paving has an extensive and comprehensive safety program. Our program is constantly reviewed and updated to meet the changing environment. Our safety program includes:

T.R. Vernal Paving recently participated in the North Carolina Department of Labor’s consultative services voluntary inspection. This program involves a voluntary inspection and evaluation by a NCDOL/OSHA inspector and a follow-up on any deficiencies. T.R. Vernal Paving scored well and the evaluation has helped us add to and improve our safety program. This also qualified us for the NCDOL’s Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP).
